CAPTCHA implemented

New users will have to fill out a CAPTCHA form (this one is included with phpBB2). If this does not stop the recent bombardment of spam, a better CAPTCHA will be implemented. I already have one in place, it's just simply not using it right now.

The default CAPTCHA that is included with phpBB2 was weak (bots were still able to register). I'm implemented a new CAPTCHA that should work much better.
