For those of you on windows:
1.) Create a new text document
2.) Open it with Notepad
3.) Enter the text "Bush hid the facts" (without the quotes)
4.) Save it as whatever you want
5.) Close it then re-oopen it
Hmmm.... |

| Yeah, even after you open it in notepad and view the "unreadable characters" you can still open it in wordpad and see everything just fine. Gonna pick it apart when I get home from work. |

| Notepad flaw, certain characters are mistaked as ASCII characters intead of real characters & that's what you get. |
